REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your product. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return, as long as it is within 30 days of your purchase and in the same condition. Please pack the product in the material that it was shipped in.

Once we receive the product, we will email you stating that we received the return, and then we will process your refund. 

 

If you prefer another product or exchange, no problem, simply select another product of the same or similar value.

Your satisfaction is our number one goal!

 

Please note: if your product is custom-made (see examples below): during the designing and building phases, we stay in contact with you to share photos for your approval. If your product, (designed specifically to your needs), and cannot be resold to another customer, we require 25% for building materials.

Examples: a custom-made product is a product that is specific to you, such as a birdhouse that is a replica of your home, a sign for a business, etc.
